MobilomeDB
The back-end database of VRprofile.
MobilomeDB had been built upon sets of publicly available databases of virulence and resistance genes,
and chromosome-carrying mobilome genetic elements.
Remarkably, MobilomeDB had been organized on the single gene and gene cluster scale
in order to support VRprofile-facilitated identification of homologous gene clusters based both on gene sequence and genomic context.
